Emma and Connor | Boulder, Colorado Proposal

I love creating destination proposals for clients, and that's precisely what I did for Emma and Connor's engagement in Boulder, Colorado.

Working with Emma and Connor was a dream! My mom and Emma's mom were childhood friends, so working with them was even more special! Emma's parents had a magnificent sapphire stone that was part of Connor's creation for the engagement ring. Connor had a beautiful vision for the ring, and I was able to come up with different design ideas for him. Emma loves knowing that Connor put lots of love and effort into designing a unique ring for her. Connor and Emma as a couple tend to stay away from being trendy or doing what others do, so he appreciated that Emma's ring is one-of-a-kind.

Emma and Connor's story began in high school with the two of them in the same Chemistry class. Emma was the first to make a move; however, Connor later found out it was because of a bet that she was so quick to ask him on a date. Because they attended a boarding school, their dates consisted of walks by the lake and visiting the library. With many strolls later, they realized how much they had in common and how much fun they had together! They stayed together through their last two years of high school, as well as college, even being 12 hours away from each other. Their love story continued, and in July of 2020, Connor popped the question.

Connor and Emma took a trip to Colorado, and while out hiking, Connor asked Emma to be his wife while on top of a beautiful mountain. Connor had a vision for how he wanted his proposal to be for Emma, so after sharing the information with me, I was able to devise a memorable moment for them with a photographer, videographer, and an exquisite bouquet. Their day was full of adventure, fun, and love, and I'm so happy to have been a tiny part of their incredible story!
